The left hemisphere of the brain is more critical thinking and apt to questioning… so we bypass the critical thinker by using a sentence phrased in the negative. Such as… “I am not anxious anymore concerning the security of my job”.

Starting on the left end of your head at the temple. Tap with three fingers of your left hand, tap at the temple, going around behind your ear. Make firm contact and a bit of a bounce around the back of the ear until you reach the base of your head. You can attract Law of Attraction Relationships today and sky-rocket your level of creative energy!

Tap and voice the sentence with the negative affirmation five times on the Left side and then we’ll repeat the technique on the right side with the positive phrase. “I’m no longer anxious concerning my job security.”

The right hemisphere of your brain is more willing to accept things and to “go with it”. You do the same practice, but this time beginning at the right temple and around the right ear. And say while tapping: “I am an extremely valued employee. What I bring to the table is appreciated by my job.”
