Love is a super high vibration. Appreciation is also a super high vibration. Are you in the mindset of appreciating, love and high vibrational levels regularly? Great.
Even if you realize your disposition going down the emotion scale, in just a matter of moments you can easily restore it again.
Use memories that cause you to feel happy. Think of your little niece, or when your cat was a kitten. Think of things that allow yourself to feel good. Do some action that makes you feel happy. You really can use the Law of Attraction with great success, and it’s fun too!
Find something to appreciate. It doesn’t matter if it is past or present. For example, appreciate the day your child arrived into this world. Give some love to your pet. Toss a ball to your dog. Blow bubbles. Do jumping jacks. Go for a walk. Watch the squirrels playing. Listen to music that you love. Take a deep breath. Can you find thanks for the simple fact that you have ten working fingers? What about your ten toes? How about the roof over your head? Fresh water and an abundance of food? Do you appreciate the electricity and the highways we drive on? How about indoor plumbing? Do you have family and friends that love you? Imagine the hundreds of things you can be appreciative of. We are so very blessed.
There are so many ways you can use to raise your vibration. You cannot skip and keep and upset temperament. Try it for yourself. Giggle. Juggle (or try). Make silly distortions of your face in your bathroom mirror. If you feel really lousy, try ice cream or cookies. Using the Law of Attraction is a hugely powerful tool for Relationship Attraction, and is simple to understand. Try a nap or create a diversion. It will not be an unconscious act if you deliberately choose it.
Watch how much better you feel when you deliberately choose something instead of simply unconsciously stuffing yourself with sweets. You could eat a cookie or two and halt your eating instead of mindlessly emptying the bag.
