Recently I got an email from one of my subscribers. He asks … I’m attempting to attract what I want but I continuously feel afraid and anxious. And then there is a build-up of limiting habits, lack conditioning, low self-esteem and usually hone in on my previous disappointments. What can I do? The Law of Attraction is a powerful tool for positive realization in your life.
First off, I highly respect this person for posing this question. Number one, he acknowledges that these are his active thoughts and feelings. Many people I know doing this work, especially the so-called ‘spiritual’ people, refuse to accept that they have any negativity active in their vibration. It wouldn’t be spiritual in the end. Please!
It’s of utmost importance to understand what is going off in your mind and take control of it. The fact that you think and feel this way shows that it’s present in your vibration. You’ll continue attracting situations that reflect back to you reasons to feel anxious and disappointed. Using the Law of Attraction is hugely helpful for Relationship Attraction, and it’s not hard to understand.
Einstein said: No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that manifested it. He meant tapping into the a greater level of functioning. For me that means coming into Universal Love and Abundance, or the Divine organizing power of Source. Would it not be perfect if we could just flip a switch and let go and let God, as they say? Easier theorized than put into practice a lot of the time for most of us. However, you can start by committing to a daily practice of looking for aspects of your life to be happy for. Search for the love and goodness in your life as it is right now. That’s a huge and quick vibration raiser.
If you can do your best to make peace with your life you will immediately be releasing resistance to your desires. Don’t worry that being ok with your present circumstances will bring more of it to you. It will not. But you’ll be doing the very essential step of letting go of resistance. You see, prolonged thinking on your circumstances is causing you to attract more of that same stuff. So letting go a little and finding aspects in your life to appreciate will open your vibration. You cannot hold your attention on a thing and exclude it from your vibration.
After you have clarified what you want to attract into your life, the next step is to figure out what thoughts and feelings you truly have around the chance of your creating what you desire. Is self-worth part of it? Is your track record and the past receiving your attention? I suggest writing down what is present in your beliefs and then making statements that soften little by little until you can perceive what it is like to already be feeling what you desire as if it’s your present life experience.
