Laughing is quite a perfect medicine for anything that ails you. Now naturally when you do not find anything as funny, it is hard to make yourself laugh. Right? Or is it? The Law of Attraction is a powerful tool for positive manifestation for your life.

Attempt this: Just exhale with a heavy emphasis on the syllable ‘HA’. And try breathing through your stomach. The diaphragm is a little exercised part of our anatomy. When you work with your diaphragm and lungs in this way, you’re getting much fuller breaths. You oxygenate the blood and mind. Now attempt exhaling with the syllables in rapid succession HA-HA-HA-HA-HA. Bounce your belly, while you’re trying this, you’ve now used the diaphragm. Now attempt it changing up the tonality, and how much. Proceed and stretch it out.

You can do this while you’re driving, driving to and from the office or on a break. I realize it sounds goofy. But silly is GOOD. Try this with a friend. If you play in company, I guarantee you will both end up laughing in reality. It’s hard to try this exercise without creating a real belly laugh. Another way to heighten your vibration fast is Toning. Just like singing, but you create a tone for the sake of feeling sound go through your body. You are not trying for a beautiful sound, simply sound for the sake of sound. The sound you make is the correct sound. Feel it move through your sinuses, your throat, ribcage. Feel the breath and vibrations seeping into your body. Try it for a few seconds to as long as you want. Start empowering yourself right now and experience Law of Attraction Love.

Remember, these are easy and goofy, fun and are only for the sake of doing. I will bet you’ve got a few energy tools you use and you don’t even know it. Any action you do to take a break from feeling bored, blank, uninterested and depressed. It could be playing with or bouncing a ball, watching insects, blowing bubbles. I keep a little bottle of bubbles on my desk. Stand up and stretch, do some exercises. It is another way of becoming attuned to your self. And always stay hydrated. Drink a lot of water. Drinking water does not just hydrate, it grounds your self too. Remember your body is a bunch of energetic fields. Take good care of you on every level. When you use energy shifting tools, you will be less likely to reach for that caffeine and sugar pick-me-up.

You’ll start being in the now more often. And remember, the present is always the best place to be.
