Behavior change is never easy especially when peers around you are regularly putting pressure on you to do certain things. But according to quantum physics the only way to change your present circumstances a complete overhaul is necessary. I will show you how I managed to change my mind set in order to achieve my goals.
Telling yourself who you are or who you want to become is a good way to start. The human brain is a very complex structure and it needs to be fooled for it to change the way it thinks and believes. Try repeating certain words specific to what you want to become and your brain will almost immediately take charge and begin to respond in the way you want it to. Try telling yourself certain things about your character everyday and after a year tell me what happens.

A mind set change can be difficult to enforce as we grow older, but that doesn’t mean it is impossible. Don’t wait until your brain is too old to learn new things and to accept new beliefs because it will be close to impossible.

It doesn’t help to watch violent movies and listen to violent music if you’re trying to become calmer and less aggressive than before. Switch your watching and listening habits to suit the new mind set you’re trying to implant into yourself and you will see positive results.
The way we think is largely influenced by the company we share. If your present friends do not resemble who you want to become in the next few years it would be advisable to change friends, but not disregard your old friends. This aspect of behavior change is overlooked but is perhaps the most important.

This type of therapy is very effective because it attempts to erase old beliefs and replacing them with newer ones. There is no se in trying to change if your friends are in the dark about your intentions. Letting them know will make it easier to get their support without actually getting pressure from them about how much you have changed. Tell them about your hopes and wishes and if they are your real friends they will understand instead of thinking you are avoiding them.
