Your Thoughts Are Electricity

Law of Attraction

Nanette Geiger, Law of Attraction Relationships Coach , writes… …

It’s true, your thinking is electrical and transmits in a way similar to that of a radio tower. The Law of Attraction is the Universal managing system that matches and mirrors back to us what we think about and our emotional attachment to our thoughts. It isn’t just our thinking, it is also the emotions and beliefs we have about those thoughts.

So you’ve wondered why you are not receiving what you are thinking about? If you need the support of a Law of Attraction Coach, by all means go get it! Using an unbiased listener to talk to will help you move away from outdated patterns much faster.

You are probably thinking:

I’m searching for the career I have always desired all the time.

I’m always thinking about my ideal mate.

I desire more wealth; I’m always thinking about this.

The Law of Attraction understands the language of the cosmos, and that language is energy. And we are speaking an energetic language all day, each day. We are transmitters and receptors of expressions from our senses. Thoughts, the information we hear, the vibrations of smell, touch, and taste. All of this translates into energy. Sound, colors, thoughts, and emotions all have vibratory patterns. They are all projecting a vibration. We interpret these signatures as color, patterns, forms, or language of one sort or another. Empowering yourself with the Law of Attraction is hugely powerful for Relationship Attraction, and is not difficult to grasp.

The Universe sees vibration. It doesn’t know English, French, or Spanish. You cannot say I want more wealth and hum at a level of ‘poor me’ and expect the results you’re going for. The Universe responds to your vibration, not what you say.

Your thoughts are electrical. Each one of them has a frequency. The power in that frequency denotes how regularly you are transmitting these thoughts. Emotion, feelings, energy, vibration, and frequencies are all basically the same thing.

Here is where our programming comes into play. If you have not seen a movement in what you are desiring to creating, then you most likely have some fairly deep limitations sustaining your current mindset. Habitual patterns of thought that do not serve you. We all act from the programs that we were brought up on. Are you wondering what these beliefs are? Are you noticing that you have an mental monologue in place that does not serve you?

- How difficult life is in this economy.

- How I was not ever trained on how to take care of my money.

- How I am too old now and every new job is going to youngsters.

Are you arguing FOR your limitations?

The Universe can handle the details of matching you up with your desire. Your job is to get the static off the wire. Here is an Action Step for you: When you see your outdated self-talk, pivot from there and imagine better feeling thoughts. Turn into a magnet to what you desire and you’ll start creating more of what you want in life.

How To Break The Pattern Of Bad Habits

In our world of many temptations it is quite impossible not to come across a person who has never had to deal with an addiction of some sort. It may be food, alcohol, gambling or even smoking, it really does not matter what it is. The one common element that makes all afflicted persons the same is the battle to live without something that gives us self gratification. Anyway, enough of the directionless talk and let us talk a lot more about how to stop bad habits.

If you thought the plug and play profit system was easy then you should be glad to realize that quitting is simpler. But in order to succeed in your battle against bad habits you must work towards reshaping your mindset. Believe it or not but you act the way you act because your mind has been trained to respond that way. So bombard your brain with questions that will challenge your conditioned reflexes.

The very moment you start answering these questions your brain will immediately start reshaping itself in accordance to the new realizations. And if you take the extra step of turning your realizations into actions this is when you create a competing conditioned reflex. Unless you did not know a conditioned reflex is the natural response of the body that directs us to a certain course of action based on what we always do.

After the initial period of retraining the brain it is very important to start seeing your habits in an extremely bad light. As you may have learnt by now the human brain is inclined towards making us do the things we love. Shock your mindset and consider the negative impact your drinking, excessive eating or smoking has had on you. Look at your life, your body and even the mistakes you have made in life.

Coming to the understanding that you patterns have ruined your career or family in ways that can never be changed is very important. At the very beginning you should instantly avoid such thoughts but with time you should begin to see the obvious benefits. It will be like how a top forex indicator can reflect a simple change that turned out to be profitable in the very end.

The next step is quit simple, requiring you to simply replace your old habits with insightful ones. You can start a new habit or engage in a fascinating activity that used to excite you. Replacement therapy is one way of dealing with habits without having to bite your nails in anxiety. One friend of mine tried to make money online as an alternative habit and he ended up making thousands of dollars in profit.

Before you know it your life will be totally different and more balanced than it was when you were beginning to think the end of the world was imminent simply because you smoked a cigarette.

Learning How To Control Your Anger

Sometimes in the midst of trying to get everything done you may lose your patience. You may even be impatient with those who have nothing to do with why you’re agitated in the first place. Losing your patience and getting angry become more frequent when you are under a lot of stress and are feeling overwhelmed. Learn a few techniques to help you reign in your anger, and learn how to have more patience.

Become alert to the times you are most likely to get upset. What causes your anger or impatience? What do you do or say once you are actually angry? Do you take out your anger on your children, partner or friends? When you start to understand what makes you angry, you can start to control your reactions during your trigger points. Recognizing an impeding outburst can help you prevent it.

Stay focused during your day. This may mean that you have to check-in with yourself. You can do this by prayer, meditation or reflection, whichever one suits you best. The point of this process is to take a time-out and assess your day, how you’re feeling and how you want to move forward.

Think about sending out the negative energy and only retaining the positive. This will help you adjust to your day and your overall circumstance. If you are trying to adjust to a new reality like becoming period pregnant, use this technique to stay focused and to control stress.

Check the pulse of your expectations. When you begin working toward your goals, set attainable milestones. When you set a goal that you know you can reach, you are setting yourself up for successful attainment of this goal.

If your ultimate goal is to build muscle growth, find out what you have to do to reach your goal. Set small goals, like signing up at the gym. You can change your diet to fit your goal. Step by step you can achieve anything you set out to accomplish. Your mindset will controls your attitude.

Delegate when you’re feeling overwhelmed. When you get off track and simply can not keep up, ask the people around you for help. Distributing the work load can relieve you immensely. This means you’ll be under less stress which will give you more patience.

Incorporating physical exercise into your daily routine can help you release negative energy from your body. You do not have to think about buying mountain bike to get fit. You can use your legs to walk. Getting out in the fresh air can help you release stress and increase your patience.

Law of Attraction

Nanette Geiger, Relationship Coach , writes… …

At this point you’ve been told that Quantum Mechanics has discovered that everything is vibration. Are you aware that Einstein said: energy is everything? It is now known that everything we view, everything that is unseen is composed of energy. Anything that has come into our physical existence was at one time a thought. This thought created, invented, or produced a thing.

Quantum Physics tells us the observer has a direct relationship and impact on the outcome of what he or she is seeing. It is called the Observer Effect.

Our thoughts have the capability to influence the outcome of a situation; it is that simple. It has been proven over and over in laboratories. All energy vibrates at varying rates. The lowest frequency and densest of energies appear to be reliable and unchanging. But, quantum mechanics has found that because of the nature and structure of atoms, all things on the atomic realm are vibrating with so much space left in the atoms that after all of the particles are accounted for there is more void than actual particles. Although we perceive distinct consistencies between this and that, we’re all linked in the realm of energy – at the level of mind.

Your thoughts influence, and create. They are creating at all times. The question that remains is: what are you creating? I use the word CREATE with the meaning that all thoughts you have are creative “this creative thought has been placed on the stream of being manifested. Based on the focus of your thoughts. So we know from the Quantum Physics model that all objects are fundamentally energy and your thoughts create.

The Law of Attraction states like attracts like. What you put your attention on will expand in your life. The Universe, Universal Intelligence, Divine Mind, God, Source, whatever your label for the power that keeps the planets in perfect synchronization, that grows a huge tree from a seed and a functioning human from two fertilized cells, That Power utterly adores YOU. That power knows you. You are fundamentally connected with your Source. And everyone came forth into this physical reality with Free Will. Because your Source/God/the Universe sees you and loves you, and because you have the will to make choices, it would never go against what you choose to with your life or how to live. Further, it has no judgments at all concerning what you are putting your attention on or what you currently desire. Rather, it steadfastly stays in sync with what you are vibrationally projecting. If you need the help of a Law of Attraction Coach, by all means get support! Having an unbiased listener to talk to can help you move away from old patterns much faster.

The Universe says, “Oh, Michelle must want more people to be angry with. Perfect!” The Universe then starts sending back to you what you’re asking for. So that’s the idea, in a nutshell; how your mind creates and attracts more of what you are thinking. Understanding that, do you not think it would be a good idea to clean up your thoughts? It’s a worthwhile practice. Try it. I know you’ll see spectacular results.

It’s The Little Things That Count

Each person has their own way of coping with the everyday problems and stresses that life is inclined to throw in front of them. ‘The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune’, as Shakespeare said. Some people find that music relaxes them best of all. Others play a sport or go to the gym.

In many, particularly eastern countries, meditation, in some of its many forms is very popular for relaxation. Often different kinds of beans are used to assist in relieving stress. Indeed, traditional Roman Catholics use rosary beads, though this is mainly about praying. No doubt it is also relaxing. My grandmother frequently told me, when I was a child, that her two knife sets were what relaxed her.

How could two sets of knives relieve stress? Well, it’s quite simple really. You see, my grandmother, Grandma Ellen, spend most of each day in the kitchen. When I was young, I assumed that was where all grandmothers spent their days.

Perhaps, many of them did. But mine was addicted to cooking and baking. In one corner of her kitchen, at the furthest end away from the cooker, she had a not insubstantial freestanding bookshelf. It was a considerable, personal, library for her alone. It was stuffed with every conceivable kind of cook book. Some where so old, that I imagine she got them when she was not much more than a teenager.

Every day she tried out new recipes. Of course this was greatly appreciated by all the other members of the family who happen to be in the house. She once told me that a knife set and a cookbook where heavenly creations. Again, when I was a kid, I had no idea what she was talking about.

It was only when I became sort of obsessed myself with the kitchen and experimenting with new recipes, that I really understood where my grandma was coming from. Having said that, I have never been quite a passionate as she was about knives. So I concede that I have three or four favorite ones myself.

But I have a confession to make. I am not without my own little kitchen obsessions. One in particular. That obsession is my countertop microwave. I honestly don’t believe I would function properly in my kitchen without this device. Of course, I don’t use it for my haute cuisine cooking. For that, I use my fabulous Induction hob. No, my microwave is not really for serious cooking but for de-stressing. In other words I use it to prepare instant food for myself when I’m on my own. Crucially I’ve got into the habit now of making my coffee and tea with it too.
